In-flight prices

The saving made on purchasing an item on board is based on the average sales price of items in Spain.

 

Accepted means of payment

• Currencies:

 Euro, US dollar, Pound Sterling, chinese Yuan, Japanese yen.

• Bank cards with an authorized limit:

JCB: 800 € - AMEX : 550 € - Visa/Mastercard with chip facility: 550€ - with magnetic strip: 300 €

• Cards not accepted:

Prepaid, online and debit cards, Diners Club and Union Pay. Some cards may be exceptionnally refused on board due to your bank contract conditions or paiement cellings.

For all payments above €150, you may be requested to present a valid passport.

 

Customs information:

On your return to Spain, the goods contained in your baggage are not subject to customs duty if their value does not exceed the following duty-free allowance:

Cigarettes (passengers aged 17 and over only): 200

Perfumes 50 ml

Eau de toilette 250 ml

Travellers aged under 15: 150 €.

Travellers aged over 15: 430 €.

If you have a connecting flight, any liquids purchased on board an aircraft from a European Union country must be placed by the salesperson in a sealed bag, along with the receipt, until you arrive at your final destination.

In all other cases, all liquids purchased will be confiscated.

 

Guarantee:

Items purchased in-flight are guaranteed for two years as from the date of purchase. If you notice a manufacturing fault, a defect, or faulty operation attributable to the manufacturer, please return the item in its original packaging together with the receipt to customer services. You can disable the cookies by using the following instructions:

1/ If you are using Internet Explorer

In Internet Explorer, click Tools, then Internet Options.

In the General tab, under Browser history, click Settings. Click View files. Click the header of the Name column to sort all the files into alphabetical order, then look through the list until you see the files labelled with the prefix “Cookie”. (All cookies have this prefix and normally contain the name of the website that created the cookie).

Select the cookies containing the name of our website and delete them.

 

Close the window containing the list of files, then click twice on OK to return to Internet Explorer.

 

2/ If you are using Firefox

Go to the “Tools” tab in the browser then select the “Options” menu.

In the window that appears, choose “Privacy” and click “Show cookies”.

Identify the files that contain the name of our website, Select and Delete them.

 

3/ If you are using Safari

In your browser, chose the menu Edition > Preferences.

Click Security.

Click Show cookies.

Select the cookies that contain the name of our website and click Delete, or Delete all.

After deleting the cookies, click Finish.

 

4/ If you are using Google Chrome

Click the icon for the Tools menu.

Select Settings.

Click on Advanced settings to access the “Privacy” section.

Click Show cookies.

Identify the files that contain the name of our website, Select and Delete them.

Click “Done” to return to your browser
